Simply call our 365 days hotline 6628 5365 or 6628 9997 and you can speak to our emergency officer. The officer will ask about your condition and service required. Your case will be forwarded to our on-call medical team.

 

Our doctor will give pre-assessment and advice to you. If it is a life-threatening emergency, you will be instructed to call 999. If not, you will be arranged an earliest appointment available. The whole process can be done within 20 minutes. Usually you will see our doctor at your place around one hour after your phone call.

 

Our doctor will ask the history and conduct comprehensive physical examination for you. He will arrange appropriate investigation and provide immediate medical treatment. Treatment includes oral / topical medication, injection or vaccination if clinically indicated. For more complicated case, he can arrange admission to our local private hospital.

 

Basically our doctor is acting as your really “in-the-house” family doctor. There will be no more long waiting time and you can enjoy totally private, personal and holistic medical service.
